Whats in a Pack

The Pack includes an Index, Sale Statement, Standard Searches, Evidence of Title and Energy Performance Certificate. An EPC requires an inspector to visit your home to produce a report. There is additional information required for Leasehold and Commonhold property.

When and How Do I Get a Pack
|
Chelmer Homes will organise a Pack for you. A Pack must be commissioned before marketing your home.

Who Pays
|
The seller is responsible for paying however there are deferred payment schemes if required.
